Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 September 2026.

Turdective is designed to minimise personal data. Account, subscription and personalised-story information is used to provide the service, process payments, support customers and protect the platform.

What we collect

Depending on the feature used, this may include account email, service activity, payment/customer identifiers supplied by our payment provider, support messages, and information deliberately supplied in a personalised-story brief.

Personalised stories

Personalised character names, anecdotes, appearance notes and private story details are not placed in the public Turdective catalogue by default. Private stories are unlisted unless a separate publication permission is agreed.

Processors

We may use hosting, authentication, payment, AI-generation and print-fulfilment providers to deliver requested features. Production configuration identifies processors such as Cloudflare, Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI/Google AI, Purelymail for email delivery, WooCommerce and Lulu where enabled.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

This launch text is a practical product-policy draft and should receive UK legal/privacy review before public launch.
